2017 Research Grants Program
The Southern California Research Learning Center has partnered with the Santa Monica Mountains Fund to implement a Research Grants Program to promote and facilitate scientific inquiry and communication in three National Parks in coastal Southern California: Cabrillo National Monument, Channel Islands National Park, and Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area.
Research grants will be available to all qualified students, scientists and educators based at an accredited academic or research institution, or non-profit organization interested in pursuing research or learning in the management, preservation, and interpretation of natural and cultural resources in the three coastal Southern California national parks.
Competitive grants will be awarded by the Santa Monica Mountains Fund for up to $7,500 per applicant.

The DEADLINE for submission is October 31, 2016.
